Strawberries and dip
Microwave 3 ounces chopped bittersweet chocolate, 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1 tablespoon butter until just melted, about 1 minute. Whisk 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoon brandy (DOUBLE LIKE). Serve strawberries with the chocolate sauce, sour cream and turbinado sugar for dipping.
Sounds great doesn't it? And since it's Make Mine a Double Monday we'll be sure to double up on the brandy wink:wink!
