All of the cast members from last year have returned with the exception of Imani with a new one, Brooke which we like to call Body by Fisher- the donkey booty on that one would make Phaedra proud. So anyhoo we'll have to admit that this season is a little dry. I mean we know Jackie was going to get married AGAIN albeit with a different twist (theme is Gay Pride) and that Draya would be swinging on a pole (but we didn't think Gloria would be her girl crush) and that dear sweet Malaysia would just be clueless (did she really invite Kooky Jackie over to Gloria's house?!?!) but the drama has been lack luster better yet dare we say snooze worthy. Maybe we all are living too much reality TV and it's becoming just a part of the mainstream and no longer shocking. ZOINKS! Could it be? Don't get us wrong we don't necessarily want folks jumping off of tables or slinging wine bottles across the room but do something - give us a reason to watch Gloria, LaGo, Jackie and crew. Seeing you meet at every hot eatery in LA is not making me want to tune in no matter what potential NBA baller could be lurking in the background (well maybe Iguodala - StyleDIVA sidebar). But we'll tune in because you never know when we'll get that "What The" said in our best LaGo voice, moment to keep us entertained. Cue theme music......

Dirty Martini | Week in Review
Veneisha Brown (talking about looking like yo daddy!) was recently arrested on stealing a car and assault charges. Reportedly she arrived at work and her boss realized Veneisha was driving a stolen SUV and reached in to grab the keys. Weeeellllll Veneisha pulled off causing the boss to flip over another car's hood. Ouch! As Big Boi says - stay up Veneisha!
Shut The Front Door Award of the Week
Aww don't they look cute? Well that ended this week when The Game called off the engagement and wedding to his long time girlfriend and baby mama Tiffeny. He took to The Twitter and apologized to everyone and made it clear it wasn't her...it was him. Isn't it always? Anywho we'll see if the reality series they were taping will ever see airtime. BTW this is his second time calling off an engagement, commitment issues???
Fav Reality TV Moment - Just announced that singer and pastor Marvin Sapp is coming to Reality TV ala Mary Mary style. After the loss of his wife a little of 2 years ago you can imagine women are trying to fill her shoes and Marvin is wondering if he has enough skills and prayer to handle the scheming first ladies while raising 2 tweens and a teen. We'll be watching will you? Oh it's still being shopped to networks but if they are smart someone will pick it up - Magic need some shows over there at Aspire????
StyleDIVA Moment - Bet ya can't guess who this is. Here are some clues: She's a rapper, she has been on a reality TV show and she had a wardrobe malfunction during a concert.
He's a picture that might jog your memory:
Wow Somaya Reece - you go girl, she's getting it together and taking her career to a higher level (*sideeye*). Wherever she ends up that weight loss is only going to be a plus. I see you girl!

The Dirty Martini | According to Jenn.....
Check out what VH1 BBW starlet Jennifer Williams has to say about the lawsuit mayheim
After catching hate and criticism--even allegedly from the VH1 staff who accused her of being just as guilty for the drama--Jennifer Williams posted a blog today defending her decision to slap Nia Crooks with a lawsuit.
Here's the blog in full:
And the BS continues… I honestly could not stomach to watch last week’s episode. I had lived through the craziness and to relive it was just too much for me. But I would like to clarify a few things. First up, I never had an issue with “the assistant” up until that day. At one point, we were good friends. We went out together, went to dinner, stayed at each other’s houses and shared plenty of good times and laughs. There had been some incidents leading up to why I started pulling away from the friendship but I don’t feel the need to blast that information. However, the most important reason why I eased up on the friendship is because she started working for someone who refers to themselves as my “enemy.” To me being good friends would just cause the situation to be messy so I rather fall back. No love lost and I like I said, I didn’t have any issue with her until she put her hands on me.
Ok now let’s get to the foolery… AGAIN!!! I just find it so unfortunate someone I once called a friend has no respect for me and felt the need to violent me physically. So of course after you completely disrespect me by putting your hands on me, my mouth is going to get reckless. I am not happy for the things I said to her but I was caught off guard and left in a vulnerable state. The 2-bedroom apartment comment got taken way out of context. I live in a 2-bedroom apartment so why would I look down on her for that. My point was don’t act like I lived with you when you live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a roommate. There would be no room for me and all my stuff that barely fits in my 2-bedroom apartment in NJ. The whole attack against me was pointless. Okay, we aren’t friends no need to fight about it let’s all be mature adults and move on. People come into your life for a reason, season or a lifetime. I wish it didn’t have to be this way, it makes me sad but that is life.
I did what I felt was right by filing a police report and having my attorneys handling the situation. I am an entrepreneur and a mature adult. Who fights at this age? I was taught to let the authorities handle criminals. Having graduated with a degree in Political Science and a concentration in Pre-Law, I am fully aware of my legal rights and the justice system. If you put your hands on someone, there will be repercussions. End of story…
For the record, I have changed. I am striving to be an independent woman and I am building a future for myself. I have zero time or tolerance for BS. I am not sitting around waiting for a man to take care of me. Lucid is 100% mine; I built it from the ground up. No licensing deal or I am a paid spokes model. I don’t sit around and knock what my cast mates are trying to do business wise. Be a leader and not a follower, no one was thinking about the cosmetic industry until way after Lucid. At the end of the day, I find it all unfortunate that I am the constant topic when it comes to hate and no one can uplift one another. Fame has never been a weakness of mine but by watching this show I can’t say the same for all the ladies. I just hope everyone can recognize what is really important in this life because Basketball Wives will not always be the HOT thing… Then what???
Special thank you to my legal team, Corey Boddie, Sanford Rubenstein and Sabrina Puglisi also my publicist, Elizabeth Traub and my manager, Deanna Morales. And thank you to all my family and friends who have been so supportive of me during all this craziness. I cannot forget my loyal viewers, much love.
Well what do y'all have to say about that?

Reality Recap | VH1 New Show - Styled By June
June Ambrose is THE celebrity stylist to work with! She has worked with anyone and everyone, from Puffy to Jay-Z and was also instrumental in re-branding the likes of Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige and Will Smith just to name a few. (I wonder if she can help re-brand the Divas...) June Ambrose like so many women today wears many hats, not only is she an amazing stylist, she is also a designer, re-branding genius and loving mom to two cool kids Chance, 10 and Summer, 7. Talk about wearing a superwoman cape...
In the first episode we watch June work with former OC starlet and former Hollywood "It Girl" Mischa Barton who has been flying under the radar for a while and is now ready to revamp her image and get back on the scene. When we first see Mischa on the show it is clear by her body language that she is a little nervous to get back out there and I can't blame her because we all know how "mean" the press has been to her in the past. It takes June a minute to gain Mischa's trust but when she finally gives in and allows June to work her magic, as we used to say back in the day...it was on and poppin!
You can catch the first episode here.
The producers of the show promise that each episode won't all be about her styling someone, they also promise it show the business side of June running and building her brand and empire. We will get to see June juggling her clients with her personal life as she tries to balance it all.
I am excited about this new show and I believe that VH1 may have a hit on their hands! This is definitely one show that I will have my DVR programmed to record.
Fabulously yours…

Dirty Martini | Make Mine A Double
Anyone that knows us understands that we love reality TV. VH1's Love and Hip Hop falls right into that category.
Now on last week’s show Jim Jones surprisingly proposed to his longtime girlfriend...er... um fiancĂ© Chrissy. Chrissy had ahh... proposed to him a few seasons ago and was eagerly awaiting his “PutA Ring On It” moment. She was actually getting quit tired of waiting and took a girls weekend to Miami to let off a little steam. Well at dinner one night Jimmy pops up outta nowhere and takes her to the side and whips out one gorgeous ring (and I do mean gorgeous)! Of course she agrees and we the loyal watcher was left to think, “Hmmmm was this all just a little bit staged??” I mean she really had to give him the business to realize she was DUN and ready to get him on one knee or she was gonna walk. Is this what it’s come to ladies? Now I’ll admit prior to receiving my marriage proposal to my now ex-husband I did give him the “ish or get off the pot” speech but at the time he had already picked out the ring and told the parents he wanted to marry me – even though I didn’t know.
So I understand Chrissy’s angst but what I don't understand about this duo is that SHE actually asked HIM to marry her. Yeah you gotta go for what you want ladies but some things just need to be a man’s job. How can we expect him to do what he is called to do by God if he can’t make the step to say,“You are what God designed for me and I wanna put a ring on it.” ? That’s what we need to hear not, “Okay girl since you have hung in there here you go.” Any Martin fans out there? Remember that first proposal Martin gave Gina? The one where he said…”Dam Gina here is the ring what else do you want?” Well to me that is what Jimmy might as well have said to Chrissy because this staged attempt at a proposal wouldn’t be the one I wanted, sorry being a little spoiled and selfish here but Prince Charming needs to be that CHARMING! So Chrissy and Jimmy I wish you well... I really do but make sure you are getting the spiritually blessing on your marriage that is so needed in today’s time of jump-offs, groupies and the like.
